After spending almost 10 years in New York City, Kate has relocated to Buffalo, NY. She attended the State University at Fredonia and graduated summa cum laude with a BFA in Musical Theatre and a minor in Dance. She was involved in the theatre department’s Mainstage productions, the student run dance company Orchesis, and the Performing Arts Company (PAC). In NYC, Kate performed off-Broadway, in many new works, in children's theatre, and toured to a few US cities.

Since moving to Buffalo, Kate has worked at the Lancaster Opera House, the Lockport Palace Theatre, and with O'Connell & Company. She is currently going back to school to be an Occupational Therapy Assistant. 

She is the recipient of numerous awards and scholarships from Fredonia, the Rochester Broadway Theatre League (RBTL), the TANYS, and the LNB’s. Kate was involved with the Gatesinger Company Ltd. where she participated in musicals and musical revues since the age of nine.

In May of 2009 Kate was honored to be one of four women chosen from Fredonia’s music program to sing with the Western New York Chamber Orchestra in the Commencement Eve Pops Concert. During the summers from 2007 to 2010 she worked with the RBTL’s SummerStars program as an assistant and a master teacher. There, she was honored to work alongside stage and screen veterans such as Adam Pelty (artistic director), Nancy Anderson, Christopher Bailey, Cathy Trien, Roberta Duchak, Carlos Lopez, Emily Bauer, Donna Lynn Champlin, and Garrett Taylor.
